Our Detailed Itinerary
Day 1
08:00 | Pick up from the hotel
Your driver and tour guide will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the Great Gate of the Giza Plateau.
08:30 | Great Gate Entry – Giza Pyramids Exploration
After collecting your entrance tickets from the Giza Plateau ticket office, you’ll take the shuttle bus to explore the Giza Pyramids. The first stop is the panoramic viewpoint with stunning views of the Great Pyramids of Giza - Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure. Optional camel or horse riding for 30–45 minutes is available before continuing your Giza Pyramids tour.
09:00 | Great Pyramid of Khufu Visit & Optional Interior Entry
After completing your camel ride, you can continue your Giza Pyramids tour by visiting the Great Pyramid of Khufu. You’ll also have the option to enter inside the pyramid for a 30-minute exploration (entry requires an additional ticket of 1500 EGP per person).
10:00 | Pyramids of Khafre & Menkaure Stop
You’ll then continue your Giza Pyramids tour to view the Pyramid of Khafre and the Pyramid of Menkaure, where you can enjoy spectacular photo opportunities with these iconic ancient wonders of Egypt.
10:30 | Visit the Great Sphinx
Now we’ll take the shuttle bus to the Great Sphinx, the iconic limestone statue symbolizing a powerful blend of wisdom and strength, where you can explore and take memorable photos.
12:00 | Local Egyptian Lunch in Giza
We’ll enjoy a delicious meal at a local restaurant in Giza, where you can taste authentic Egyptian dishes like koshari or grilled meats.
13:45 | Shopping
1. Bazaar Shopping (Souvenirs)
What you’ll find: Jewelry, scarves, spices, Mini pyramids, statues, and Cartouches (your name in hieroglyphics).
📜 2. Papyrus Factory Experience This is usually included in tours near Giza.
What happens: You’ll see a demonstration of how papyrus is made, Then you enter a showroom to buy artwork. You should know that 📜 Papyrus has been used in Egypt since ancient times (even during pyramid construction).
💡 Smart tips: Ask: “Is this real papyrus or banana paper?”. Don’t rush—compare prices. Good price: small piece ~$10-25 (after bargaining)
🪷Perfume / Essential Oil Shops, Often called “oil factories” in tours.
What you’ll see: Lotus, jasmine, sandalwood oils, Pharaonic-style glass bottles, and Perfume blending demonstrations.
