Who the hosts are
Simsem hosts are vetted local guides, cooks, artisans and families who live where they host. Every host and experience is reviewed and approved individually before their experiences go live, including identity and experience checks, and we keep an eye on travelers’ reviews afterwards.
Cancellation
Cancel 7 days or more before the experience for a full refund, unless the listing states a different policy (for example, some cruises and multi-day trips). If your host cancels, you get a full refund. The details are in our Terms of Use.
