Our Detailed Itinerary
Day 1
10:00 | Amman citadel full tour
We will meet at 10:00 AM in front of the Amman Citadel Visitor Center. From there, we will begin our walk through the site. I will start by explaining the history of the Citadel and the different empires that lived here over the centuries.
As we move through the area, we will visit the main spots, including the Temple of Hercules, the Byzantine Church, the Umayyad Mosque, and the Jordan Archaeological Museum. At each stop, I will share easy, interesting facts about what happened there and why it is important.
The tour is relaxed and simple to follow, giving you a clear picture of how the Citadel changed from the Iron Age until today.
