Things to know

Internet Access

  • There is no Syrian phone signal there, but there is sattelite wifi. This wifi works, however, only for 3 hours a day, between 4pm and 7pm. So, do not expect to get a lot of internet whilst there! We believe that this is for the better, as this is the perfect place to zone out!

Dress Code

  • In general, it is recommended to wear conservative clothing. Ie. cover your shoulders and knees. This applies both to men and to women.
