Leave Dahab behind as you journey by Jeep into the rugged mountains of South Sinai, where the landscape transforms into vast, open desert.
Your adventure begins at White Canyon, where you’ll step out and continue on foot—walking through narrow passages and towering rock formations shaped by time into a truly striking natural wonder.
From there, you’ll rejoin the Jeep and head to Ain Khudra Oasis, a peaceful pocket of greenery hidden within the desert. Here, you’ll slow down and enjoy a freshly prepared vegetarian lunch, sip traditional Bedouin tea, and visit a natural underground water source.
The journey continues deeper into the desert:

Our Detailed Itinerary
Day 1
08:00 | Pick-up from your accommodation in Dahab
Depart Dahab by Jeep and head into the Sinai mountains. The road winds through rocky valleys and mountain passes as the landscape gradually opens towards the desert.
09:30 | Walk through White Canyon
Arrive at White Canyon and get ready to leave the Jeep behind. Enjoy a scenic walk through the canyon’s narrow passages and softly coloured rock formations, with time to take photos and explore at a relaxed pace.
10:30 | Arrive at Ain Khudra Oasis
Enjoy a freshly prepared vegetarian lunch, fresh fruit, and traditional Bedouin tea in a traditional Bedouin seating area with floor cushions and woven rugs. You’ll also visit a nearby natural underground water source, offering insight into how life is sustained in the desert.
11:45 | Mushroom Stone visit
Travel by Jeep to the Mushroom Stone, a distinctive natural rock formation and popular photo stop.
12:30 | Arrive at Salama Canyon
Continue by Jeep to Salama Canyon. Take a short walk inside the canyon to explore its colourful rock walls and unique formations, before heading back to Dahab.
14:00 | Return to Dahab
Arrive back at your accommodation in Dahab, concluding the trip.
