• Hotel pickup is in the afternoon and your exact pickup time will be confirmed the day before based on your hotel location

• Please be ready 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time with your phone reachable

• Pickup is available from hotels in Hurghada and surrounding areas. Confirm your exact address at booking

About the Experience

• No previous quad biking experience required. A short training session is provided before the tour starts so everyone rides with confidence

• Scarf and safety glasses are provided onboard at no extra cost to protect you from desert sand

• The spider car, jeep, and camel ride are all included. No hidden extras or surprise costs on the day

Food & Entertainment

• A full BBQ dinner is included and served in the open desert air

• The oriental party follows the dinner and it's included in your tour

• Additional drinks outside the included package are available for purchase on the day

Weather & Safety

• The tour operates year round. In rare cases of extreme weather or desert conditions the schedule may be adjusted for safety

• Please follow your guide's instructions throughout the quad biking and spider car experience and always wear the provided safety equipment

Children & Accessibility

• Children must be accompanied by an adult during all vehicle and safari activities

• Comfortable closed shoes, light clothing, sunscreen, and sunglasses are strongly recommended for the desert environment

• A professional photographer is available on the day for photos and videos. Ask your guide for details and pricing at pickup
