Spend your morning exploring the West Bank of Luxor—known as the “City of the Dead.” From royal tombs hidden deep in the cliffs to monumental statues and the stunning temple of Egypt’s most powerful queen, this half-day adventure dives deep into ancient Egypt’s fascinating past.
What to Expect
Your day begins after breakfast, around 8:00 AM, when your local guide meets you at your hotel or Nile cruise. You’ll travel by private A/C vehicle to Luxor’s West Bank, visiting the Valley of the Kings, three royal tombs (including those of Ramses III, Ramses IV, and Merenptah), the majestic Temple of Hatshepsut, and the towering Colossi of Memnon. The tour wraps up around 1:30–2:00 PM, when you’ll return to your hotel.
